Pollution Control Units

The Gaylord pollution control unit, trademarked "ClearAir"™, utilities electrostatic precipitation (ESP) which has proven to be the most reliable and cost effective method of removing smoke particles from the harsh environment of kitchen exhaust systems.

The ClearAir unit is available in several configurations, ranging in capacity from 1000 to 32,000 CFM. Each unit is equipped with a water-wash system that automatically washes the electrostatic cells daily and all models can include an exhaust fan and odor abatement equipment as an option.
